Kinstrife is an interesting candidate for organizing battles with NPCs.

Become a knight errant in search of fortune and glory as you fight in duels, battles and tournaments. Grow your wealth and decide your destiny in a world of warring great houses and petty lords.
But I'm primarily interested in the opportunity to stage a good NPC battle. I hope that this can be done using console commands. Ideally, of course, through an editor from the developers.
