How to make NPC Battles in Operation: Harsh Doorstop

How to make NPC Battles in Operation: Harsh Doorstop

How To

It's simple, we don't even need mods and trainers - we'll only use a few console commands.

Developer console is a tool, in-which developers use commands to bypass restrictions and to test features. To access the developer console, press the tilde key or squiggly line. The tilde is a character ( ~ ) on keyboards, generally found on the top left of keyboards, below the ( Esc ) key, and beside the ( 1 ) key.
Here you will find more information about the console and a list of commands.

We start the game offline with bots, but set the number of bots in both teams to “0”.

In the game, in the console, for immortality we enter:

god

Removing the HUD:

showhud

We set the game speed to very low so that no one starts fighting without us.

slomo 0.0001

And launch a free camera to fly around the map:

ToggleDebugCamera

Add bots to the map (I added 64):

AddBots 64

Now you can select the location where you want to start observing and set the speed to standard to get things started:

slomo 1

Operation: Harsh Doorstop is an Unreal Engine powered shooter sandbox similar to mod-friendly games like Ravenfield and Garry's Mod but with roots in tactical shooters like Squad and Arma III. The game is entirely donation funded, completely free, and has full Steam workshop support!
